Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Pairlynx ("we", "us"), operated by Pairlynx LLC, handles information in connection with pairlynx.com (the "Site").

1. Information we do not collect

The Site has no user accounts, no registration, no login, no newsletter signup and no comment system. We do not ask you for your name, email address, date of birth, location, photographs, sexual orientation, relationship status or any other personal detail, and there is no mechanism on this Site through which you could provide them to us.

We do not collect or process special category data. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not sell or share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioural advertising.

2. Analytics

We use a self-hosted installation of Umami, an open-source, privacy-focused analytics tool that we run on our own server. It is served from our own domain. Umami does not set cookies, does not use device fingerprinting, and does not track visitors across websites.

It records aggregate, non-identifying information such as:

• which pages were viewed and in what order;
• the referring website or search engine;
• approximate country, derived from IP address and not stored alongside it;
• browser, operating system, device type and screen size;
• page load and visit duration.

Full IP addresses are not stored in the analytics dataset. We use this data solely to understand which pages are useful and where our visitors come from. It is not used for advertising and is not shared with third parties.

3. Server logs

Our web server and our content delivery network (Cloudflare) keep standard access logs for security, abuse prevention and diagnostics. These may include IP address, timestamp, requested URL, referrer and user agent. They are retained for a limited period and are not used to build profiles of individuals.

4. Cookies

We do not set advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies for security and bot mitigation. Because we set no non-essential cookies, this Site does not present a cookie consent banner.

5. Affiliate links

Some links on this Site are affiliate links. When you click one, you are taken first through a redirect on our own domain (go.pairlynx.com), which counts the click, and then on to the destination platform. That redirect records the fact that a click happened and which page it came from. It does not identify you.

The destination platform and the affiliate network operating the programme may set their own cookies and collect their own data once you arrive, in order to attribute a subscription to us. That processing is governed by their privacy policies, not this one. We receive only aggregate commission reporting: we are told that a subscription occurred, not who subscribed. We never receive your name, email address or dating profile.

6. Third parties we rely on

• Cloudflare, for content delivery, DNS and security for the Site.
• Our hosting provider, which serves the Site and our self-hosted analytics.
• Affiliate networks, which attribute referred subscriptions, as described above.

We do not embed third-party advertising scripts, social media trackers, comment widgets or externally hosted fonts.

7. Your rights

Because we do not collect personal information that identifies you, we generally hold no personal data about you to access, correct, port or delete. If you believe we hold information relating to you, you may contact us at [email protected] and we will respond.

California residents. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA, and we do not process personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.

EEA and UK visitors. Where any processing occurs, it rests on our legitimate interest in operating and securing a website and understanding aggregate audience behaviour, using tooling specifically chosen to avoid personal data.

8. Children

This Site concerns adult dating services and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Security

The Site is served over HTTPS. Because we hold no user accounts and no personal records, the attack surface for your data on our side is minimal by design.

10. Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
